Yoga For Cyclists
How often do you stretch? Have you tried yoga? Yoga can be a wonderful addition to your cycling lifestyle and can benefit your body and your mind! Shoshana Hebshi, a local cyclist and owner of Revolution Yoga in Rincon Valley, will be speaking about the ways yoga can benefit cyclists and will lead us through a very short and simple sequence at the meeting (no yoga mat or spandex required). You'll also get to hear about special discounts and classes for SRCC members.
Our purpose is to promote the safe and efficient use of bicycles through club rides and events, and by maintaining an active presence in the local community. We encourage a large and vital membership and try to provide rides for all abilities. There is a general membership meeting on the second Wednesday of each month.
The actual meeting starts at 6:30 but you are encouraged to arrive by 6:00 to mingle beforehand.There is a brief business session with financial and membership reports.
