- $50 for non-member guests
If you have a family membership, please note that each family member must register individually in order to avoid paying a guest fee.
Program for the Evening
- 5:30 - 6:30 pm: Social time with appetizers and no-host bar
- 6:30 - 7:30 pm: Buffet dinner - wine provided at dinner
- 7:30 - 9:30 pm: Dessert, coffee, music, dancing and more socializing

Bar is no-host during cocktail hour. Wine and non-alcoholic drinks (coffee/decaf, hot/iced tea, water and lemonade) will be provided during dinner (included in the price). Note that if you want to bring your own wine you MUST pay a corkage fee ($17/bottle).
Attire: Festive (link) - Put away your lycra for the day; see if your friends recognize you with real clothes!
VOLUNTEER: Click here to volunteer to help out at the party. We just need a few people to help at the registration desk and with cleanup.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You must cancel by November 21 to receive a refund. After that, the club will have committed to purchase your meal and you cannot get a refund.

This unique program affords an opportunity to reach out and provide those less fortunate children in the Santa Rosa area with at least one new toy at the Holiday Season. The program distributes toys to elementary school age children throughout the greater Santa Rosa Area. Help make the 2025 program a huge success for our community!
