(A Members ONLY Event)

A day of Rides / Beer / Food / Socializing 
Come join the fun...it is one of our favorite SRCC days of the year!
(RSVP Required / Sign-up Today! / Reg closes 8/23)

BBQ Picnic Details:


Where:
- The stately oak grove at the SRCC Warehouse

When:
- 11:30am to 2:00pm

Menu TBD - (in the works)
- but will include the favorites: Cold Beer / Pie / Ice Cream 

Parking:
- Vehicle parking is at the RIDE start location, see details below, ride your bike to the picnic, very limited parking at picnic site. If you need to park on site, please confirm ahead of time (Email Doug)

RIDE START
Parking lot at Deposition Sciences, Inc. (DSI), 3300 Coffey Ln, Santa Rosa, CA 95403

Please only park in the DSI lot (no other surrounding lots) and in designated parking spaces only.

After the ride, PLEASE pedal to the picnic at the warehouse. Vehicle parking is very limited at the warehouse site. If you need to drive to picnic area confirm availabiltuy ahead of time.

REGISTRATION (RSVP) is required to attend.  Please sign up today!  If later you have to cancel your rsvp, click on "Already Registered."

SRCC MEMBERS ONLY Please do not register a non-member as a guest. If you have a non-member cycling friend or spouse who wants to attend the ride & picnic, have them sign up to join the club before they RSVP for the picnic. This Summer BBQ & Ride is a great way to get to know the club, and they can enjoy the benefits all year long.

For groups of more than 50, we will break up into smaller groups (required by Section I. Chapter 15, Article VI of the Sonoma County Code)
