3 Bridges Redux • 2/B/48 • Larkspur SMART station

Ride all around the bay on the Richmond, Bay and Golden Gate Bridges. This ride and “B” pace ride is designed around public transit schedules. We will leave the Larkspur SMART station promptly at 9:00 a.m. (the SMART train arrives at 8:55 – this is the first train on Saturday). See below for a link to the schedule to see when you need to catch the train in Sonoma County. You can also drive to the start and park at the SMART station or the Larkspur ferry lot.

The route should put us at the Treasure Island Ferry Terminal in time to grab a quick snack at the market and catch the noon ferry. We will then ride through SF and back to the SMART station in Larkspur (hopefully) in time to catch the 1:40 train home. In order for this to come together, our average speed will be 13 mph, which means we will be riding faster than this most of the time. Bring $5 cash for the TI ferry and snacks.
