Come join the fun...it's one of our favorite SRCC days for a reason.
Ride | Eat | Drink Beer | Socialize - the perfect ingredients!
Menu TBD, but we know it will include some of your usual favorites:
big tubs full of Cold Beer & Sodas and freezers full of Ice Cream Bars.
The stately oak grove makes for an ideal private picnic setting.
(Please be respectful and do not stray from the picnic area)
RIDE START
Parking lot at Deposition Sciences, Inc. (DSI), 3300 Coffey Ln, Santa Rosa, CA 95403
Please only park in the DSI lot (no other surrounding lots) and in designated parking spaces only.
BBQ PICNIC LOCATION & TIME (ride your bike there)
Time 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM
SRCC Warehouse - 4023B Coffey Lane, Santa Rosa, CA 95403
After the ride, PLEASE pedal to the picnic at the warehouse. Vehicle parking is very limited at the warehouse site. If you need to drive to picnic area contact Doug (desimon@sbcglobal.net) ahead of time.

REGISTRATION (RSVP) is required to attend. Please sign up today! If later you have to cancel your rsvp, click on "Already Registered."
SRCC MEMBERS ONLY Please do not register a non-member as a guest. If you have a non-member cycling friend or spouse who wants to attend the ride & picnic, have them sign up to join the club before they RSVP for the picnic. This Summer BBQ & Ride is a great way to get to know the club, and they can enjoy the benefits all year long.

To volunteer to help with the event please select a volunteer shift when you register.
• Friday - Set-up and Food Prep 1:00 to 3:30
* Friday - Set-up and Food Prep 4:00 to 7:00
• Set-up and Food Prep 8:30 to 11:30
• Master Grillers 10:00 to 1:30
• Food Service 11:00 to 2:00
• Kitchen Clean-up 1:30 to 3:00
• Sunday - Take-Down & Clean-up 8:30 to 11:30
