Please join for this fun and beautiful one-way ride through Sonoma and Marin counties along Tomales Bay.   We’ll meet at Cotati SMART.  From there the route takes us West to connect with Hwy 1. Lunch stop in Pt. Reyes Station.  Return by SMART Train.  Bring money or Clipper Card for the train fare ($6 from Larkspur to Cotati).  Coastal temperatures are always cooler, pack an extra layer as needed.  I list the ride as AB Pace.   Faster B pace lead group is welcome with a route confident co-lead volunteer.

A note on SMART use:  The SMART Initiative depends on ridership to keep the trains running past 2028.  So let’s use make use of this bike friendly rail system.  You can arrive to the  ride start location (Cotati SMART station) from either the North or South by trains which arrive simultaneously at Cotati station.  Those train arrivals are Southbound #15 8:36am and Northbound #8 8:37am at Cotati (Check the SMART schedule for departure time from your home station: https://www.sonomamarintrain.org/schedules-fares).   From Larkspur, Trains leave every 30min on weekdays to return to your home station.  Free Day parking for SMART customers is available at most SMART stations.  Seniors 65+ ride the SMART for free.
