2024 April Alpina Elevation Challenge

Every SRCC member can participate - win prizes and pizza party for FREE or $10 for a commemorative SRCC April Alpina 2024 cycling cap!

Wood-fired Pizza Party, Saturday May 11, 2024, 12 pm - 2 pm
Hand made, 72 hour proofed pizza dough, fresh baked Napoletena style pizzas, salad and beer, wine, & drinks, hosted at a member's Petaluma home (program sign up plus party registration required).

April's program challenges you to step up and set a personal climbing goal.  You can face the hills on your own, even better list a ride on the club calendar and lead a group over hill and dale, or join a group ride with some elevation and climbs built into the route.  Similar to March Magic, pick a goal and log your elevation and climbs via Google sheet (instructions and link to the Google sheet will be emailed to you upon program registration).

Remember, it's FREE to join the program, attend the pizza party, and earn points toward prizes!  Did we mention FREE? The $10 paid program also gets you an SRCC 2024 April Alpina cycling cap (summer weight for warmer days or intense riding)!

 All participants can earn points toward prizes as follows:  

• 1 point for participating
• 1 point for leading a ride in April

At the end of April, points will be added up and prizes will be awarded at the Pizza Party. The more points earned, the more likelihood for a prize award, and there is no need to keep track of your points - we'll take care of that for you!
